Tips & Notes

  • Fridge: Let it cool down to room temperature first, then transfer to an airtight container or a zip-top plastic bag. Make sure to eat leftovers within 3-4 days to ensure it stays fresh. If you have a large portion, consider dividing it into smaller portions before storing so that you can reheat only what you need.

  • Reheating: There are a couple of methods that I use to reheat leftovers:
  1. Microwave: Transfer the food to a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a damp paper towel or microwave-safe lid. Heat it on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Stovetop: Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the food and stir-fry for a few minutes, adding a splash of water or broth if it’s dry.

Make sure to stir the food occasionally to ensure even heating.

Enjoy!
